The use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF's) is one of the fastest growing methods of the construction. Build Block ICF's are made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), and used on both residential and commercial projects. Cost
The cost of building an Build Block structure will be comparable to other energy efficient structures. The National Association of Home Builders research center has said that a concrete home could add 1% to 5% to a conventional wood home. A mortgage that is a bit higher because of this is often offset by lower monthly insurance and energy costs.
